The first mass Hot Air Balloon ascent took place on the weekend of 7th-9th September 1979 in that big old park just down the road from Ashton. And summer skylines in South Bristol have never looked the same for nearly 50 years.

A bit of refined late seventies style on a warm Brick Red hooded top.
